NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MCPHERSON COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the McPherson County Board of Adjustment will be holding a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM. The sole purpose of the hearing will be to review and hear public comments concerning an Application for a Variance to the Requirements of the Zoning Regulations in McPherson County. Legal Description and address of real estate for which variance is requested is PT BLK 33 – LOTS 16-20 & PT VA ALLEY, Tryon, NE. The hearing will be held in the Courtroom of the McPherson County Courthouse in Tryon, McPherson County, Nebraska, and will be open to the public.
